Every year I’m hired to do photographs for the National Charity League. This photograph is of all the girls at the Point Vicente Lighthouse.
NCL mother and daughter members from coast to coast volunteered a cumulative total of 1,056,721 hands-on hours directly with not-for-profit philanthropic organizations in their communities in the 2010-2011 fiscal year alone. Using the 2010 published statistic that each volunteer hour is worth $21.36, NCL Chapters provided a value of $22,571,560 to communities nationwide!
