As a photographer with a degree in photography I really know my lighting. Here are a couple images from a photo session I did with a model a million years ago back when I wanted to be a fashion Photographer.
Photographing Models
Here are a couple photographs I took of a girl that is an inspiring model. When you’re an aspiring model it’s really important to have very simple clean photographs. We decided to take a couple of simple photographs that she could submit to several different agencies. Really important when you’re shooting for an agency to have you know minimal make up if you don’t do any retouching it’s got to be very simple. They usually need 1-3 photographs one just a really nice headshot where they can get a good look at your face, a three quarters look, the third a full-bodied. In addition modeling agencies are going to want their measurements. Many times people lie about their height and measurements with is a big mistake. Measurements are used by wardrobe to pull sizes. If you get on a job and you’ve given the wrong sizes you jeopardized the entire shoot. Typical measurements dress size, hip, waist, bust size, height, shoe size,
